We provide on-call coverage around the clock, we are always ready to provide you care when you need us. Clients have access to our on-call pager and can contact their midwife day or night for urgent concerns such as labour, water breaking, bleeding, or a sick baby.
Response time is 20 minutes or less. No more wondering if what you are experiencing is normal or if you should head to the hospital, your midwife is just a call away. Midwives are also accessible for pressing but non-urgent concerns between appointments by calling the office and leaving a message.
We ask our clients to reserve the on-call pager for urgent concerns even during daytime hours. At the first appointment your midwife will give you instructions on use of the pager and how to contact your midwife.
